1. Services

The Client approves the custom design home organization systems referenced above (including measurements, colors, finishes, and hardware) and authorizes the Company
to create, design, order, and have the systems manufactured.

2. Payment

The Client commits to pay 100% of the amount due as stated in this Proposal.

Payment of 100% in the amount stated in this Proposal is due before the Company will begin the Project.

HST or GST applicable to your province will be added to the quoted amount

3. Installation

Installation is the responsibility of the Client. The Company will provide a complete set of instructions to help ensure a successful installation. Not following the instructions might result in structural and/or product failure and therefore void the warranty.

4. Modifications

The Client without invalidating this Agreement may make changes to the design until the order is submitted for production. Any changes must be made in writing and acknowledged by the Company. The contract price will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Delivery

In general delivery occurs 4 weeks after the order is paid. The Company will make every effort to honour this timing, however, the date is subject to change due to variables beyond the Company’s control. This typically is a result of back-ordered items, but may also occur due to unforeseen events.

The Client can pick up their order or have it shipped for a fee. This fee is calculated on the checkout page of the online store.

If there is any damage upon receipt of the order it must be immediately reported to the Company with photos of the unopened boxes for making a claim against the carrier. The Client then will need to open all the boxes and list the damaged parts and send it with photos to the Company. The Company will then reorder the replacement parts at no charge to the Client.
